Maura and Jeremiah Cascairo were married in 2011 while Maura studied at Baptist nursing school and Jeremiah was attending UALR for business and finance. They have two daughters (Joy and Gracie) and three dogs. 

Jeremiah is a Certified Financial Planner through Ameriprise Financial while Maura runs the day to day operations of Climb Conway.

The Cascairo’s enjoy everything outdoors and spend as much time camping in their travel trailer as possible. Jeremiah was introduced to rock climbing in 2016 and quickly grew passionate for the sport and active in the climbing community. He has always had a dream of working next to a climbing gym and with Maura’s help, it has become a reality.

The Cascairo’s goal is to build a strong climbing community in Conway and to promote mental and physical health to the members of Climb Conway.
